Installation Note 44431: CIConfirmTreatment, CIContactHistory, and CIResponseHistory fail to validate after initial configuration of SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager
The Diagnostics.jsp validation step in instructions.html might return the following errors for the CIConfirmTreatment, CIContactHistory, and CIResponseHistory steps:
com.sas.analytics.ph.RTDMException: Could not open WSDL at [http://your-midtier-server:your-midtier-port/ccs/services/PTUpdate?wsdl].
Either the URI is incorrect or the web service is unavailable at this time. See log for more information:

file:/export/home1/local/zone10/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/SASAppSrv01/http:/your-midtier-server:your-midtier-port/ccs/services/PTUpdate?wsdl
To fix this problem, follow these steps:
- Open the Folders tab in SAS Management Console.
- Navigate to System ► Applications ► Real-Time Decision Manager ► Real-Time Decision Manager 5.4 ► RTDMDesignRepository.
- Right-click on each resource and choose Edit System Resource.
- Replace your-midtier-server:your-midtier-port with the domain name and port associated with the ccs application that is installed on your Web application server.
